The Cpmptroller-General of the Department of Commercial Intelligence of the Board of Trade presents
his compliments to the Under Secretary of State for
Foreign Affairs and begs to enclose, for any action
which may be though desirable a letter in original, dated
25th July, addressed to this office by the Correspondent
at Hongkong to the Commercial Intelligence Department
